Bolk Craneservice GmbH specializes in the service and maintenance of cranes of all sizes, including port cranes, general cargo cranes, grab cranes and container cranes.
Related activities such as steel construction, gearbox overhauls, (reducer) revisions, hoisting and closing mechanism revisions, superstructure revisions and modifications are carried out in-house, to the full satisfaction of our customers.

Bolk Craneservice GmbH executes projects of all sizes. In addition to large-scale projects, the company is also focused on smaller, more labour-intensive projects. Our modern operational approach guarantees safety, quality and environmental responsibility.

Inspections

Crane inspections are carried out to ensure the safety and proper functioning of your crane. They identify wear and maintenance requirements and verify compliance with current legislation and regulations.

When developing our service programmes, we analyse your operational use, environment, crane specifications, duty class, service history and manufacturer recommendations. This is the only way to provide sound advice to reduce downtime and improve service life and safety.
Timely repair and/or replacement of components is often essential to guarantee operational safety. In close coordination with your planning, we carry out these activities to minimise downtime and are available 24/7.

Bolk Craneservice GmbH facilitates the supply of second-hand transshipment cranes. The steel structure is reused, while other components are refurbished to as-new condition. This can be financially very attractive and offers short delivery times.
The crane then complies with the latest standards, providing increased speed and capacity, enhanced safety and an excellent working environment for the crane operator.

In addition, we can configure cranes for fully automatic or semi-automatic operation. Integration with these systems is achieved via networks such as Profinet and Profibus.
